Job summary

CHRISTUS Health is seeking an Information Services Developer II to design, develop, and implement systems based on requirements. The role emphasizes following established development methodologies and collaborating with a teammate focused on quality support for internal and external users.

You will analyze requirements, craft workable designs, and work with teams to deploy robust solutions while adhering to standards and timelines.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math or related field.
Experience with SDLC, Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Strong knowledge of .NET/C# and web platforms.
Experience with RPA and test automation.
Experience with internal or external customers to coordinate work.
Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
4+ years in corporate systems environments.

Responsibilities

Analyze ideas and business and functional requirements to formulate a design strategy.
Act as a tenant to draw out a workable application design and coding parameters with essential functionalities.
Work with cross-functional teams to implement viable technical solutions without impacting performance.
Develop code following industry best practices and organizational standards.
Develop and deploy code using tools for automation and testing.
Evaluate proposed systems for compatibility, cost, and resources, impacting operations and maintenance.
Integrate software components into the existing environment and verify operation.
Contribute to standards and proactive data collection and reporting.
Research, design, and implement applications, databases, and interfaces using provided platforms.
Debug issues across test cycles and improve deliverables.
Document each development phase for maintenance.
