You will work remotely, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure clear written reasoning and compliant disclosure practices across creator platforms.

Qualifications

• Hands-on practitioner experience running creator or influencer programs.
• Comfortable with creator platforms and disclosure rules.
• Clear written reasoning skills.

Responsibilities

• Design task briefs based on real-world creator programs and key decision points.
• Specify documents, dashboards, personas, and tool states for tasks.
• Write or review reference answers and criteria to distinguish strong responses from plausible-but-wrong ones.
• Review AI agent attempts and evaluate them against established standards.
• Evaluate AI-generated content in Marketing to improve model outputs and decision-making processes.
• Work independently and asynchronously to enhance AI model performance in simulated environments.
