Job summary

MVPR in Los Angeles is seeking an Account Executive to manage influencer and press relations in a fast-paced, fashion-forward environment. You will drive talent placements, gifting initiatives, and secure editorial coverage across fashion and lifestyle media, while coordinating with senior staff to execute integrated campaigns.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of PR experience in fashion/beauty, strong editorial calendars knowledge, and existing media contacts.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of public relations experience within fashion, beauty, or lifestyle brands (agency experience preferred).
• Strong press pitching experience and understanding of editorial calendars (short lead and long lead).
• Familiarity with influencer and stylist relationships within the fashion landscape.

Responsibilities

• Execute day-to-day influencer and VIP outreach, including talent seeding, gifting initiatives, and partnership coordination.
• Build and maintain relationships with influencers, stylists, talent managers, editors, and industry contacts.
• Support the development and execution of integrated PR and influencer strategies aligned with client goals and cultural moments.
• Coordinate and manage gifting programs, paid partnerships, and red carpet opportunities.
• Execute press outreach across fashion, lifestyle, and digital publications to secure editorial coverage.
• Draft and distribute press materials including pitches, media alerts, and press releases.
• Track influencer placements and editorial coverage; assist with reporting and campaign recaps.
• Manage sample trafficking through Launchmetrics (or similar platform).
• Support showroom operations, including appointments, stylist relations, and talent fittings.
• Assist with event execution, including VIP attendance, press moments, and on-site support.
• Monitor industry trends, editorial calendars, and cultural moments to identify timely opportunities.
• Contribute to client strategy documents, reporting, and campaign recaps.
