Megelin, a global leader in beauty and wellness technology, is seeking a dynamic and strategic Influencer Marketing Executive to join our team. As an Influencer Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in executing our influencer marketing initiatives. You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and managing influencer partnerships to enhance our brand presence and reach new audiences. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, relationship management, and a deep understanding of social media trends to drive influencer marketing success.

Responsibilities

• Identify and establish relationships with key influencers and brand ambassadors in the beauty and wellness industry.
• Assist in developing and implementing influencer marketing strategies that align with company goals and objectives.
• Coordinate influencer campaigns, including content creation, approvals, and performance tracking.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of influencer partnerships, using data to drive decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, PR, and product development, to ensure cohesive and effective influencer campaigns.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging social media platforms to inform influencer strategy.

Requirements

• Proven experience in influencer marketing or a similar role, preferably in the beauty and wellness industry.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, influencer trends, and digital marketing strategies.
• Excellent relationship management and communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Proficiency in influencer marketing tools and software.
• Demonstrated success in assisting and executing successful influencer campaigns.
