Skin Pharm is seeking a full-time Influencer & Community Coordinator in Nashville, TN. You will lead influencer identification, outreach, relationship management, product seeding, and performance tracking to elevate brand awareness and drive program growth across clinic locations and our DTC line.

The ideal candidate has 2-3 years in influencer marketing or related fields, is highly organized, and excels at building relationships while leveraging data to improve ROI.

Qualifications

• This role requires 2-3 years in influencer marketing, social, or community, preferably in beauty or skincare.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent relationship-building and communication abilities; comfortable with creator culture.
• Comfort using data to track performance and derive insights.
• Familiarity with influencer tools (Tribe Dynamics, Creator IQ) a plus.
• Familiarity with affiliate tools (ShopMy, LTK) a plus.
• Experience in multi-location or omnichannel environments a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Support execution of influencer marketing strategy to elevate brand awareness and sales across clinics and DTC.
• Identify, vet, and engage influencers and local tastemakers aligned with the brand, in coordination with the Senior Community Manager.
• Coordinate and streamline communication between influencers and operations for on-brand collaboration.
• Cultivate lasting relationships with key influencers; maintain a steady pipeline across clinics.
• Execute product seeding for launches and campaigns from list-building to follow-up.
• Support ShopMy affiliate program and track performance; identify growth opportunities.
• Drive UGC efforts by sourcing content for paid and organic social.
• Track engagements and content deliverables; maintain a current collaborations database.
• Maintain monthly trackers, forecasting, reporting, and KPI dashboards; analyze performance to optimize ROI.
• Stay current on influencer marketing trends and surface opportunities to sharpen strategy.

About The Job

This role is focused on influencer identification and outreach, relationship management, product seeding, and performance tracking, with a core mission of elevating brand awareness, driving program performance, and building a community of creators and local tastemakers who authentically embody Skin Pharm’s mission and philosophy. The ideal candidate is highly organized, relationship-driven, and genuinely tapped into social and creator culture. This role reports to the Senior Community Manager and offers meaningful ownership of Skin Pharm’s influencer operations at a pivotal stage of company growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Support execution of Skin Pharm’s overall influencer marketing strategy to elevate brand awareness, drive program conversion, and increase sales across clinic locations and the DTC product line
• Identify, vet, and engage new influencers and local tastemakers in our clinic cities who authentically align with the brand, partnering closely with Skin Pharm’s Senior Community Manager
• Coordinate and streamline communication between influencers and the operations team to ensure smooth, on-brand collaboration
• Cultivate and nurture lasting relationships with our key influencers, maintaining a steady pipeline of engagements across clinics
• Own the execution of product seeding for product launches and marketing campaigns, from list‑building through follow‑up
• Support Skin Pharm’s affiliate program through ShopMy, including creator onboarding and performance tracking, while identifying opportunities to grow affiliate-driven sales for our product line
• Drive UGC efforts through our influencer program, sourcing and organizing creator content to fuel paid and organic social
• Track and monitor all influencer engagements and content deliverables, maintaining an accurate, up‑to‑date database of collaborations
• Maintain monthly trackers, forecasting, reporting, and KPI dashboards; monitor and analyze influencer performance metrics to optimize campaigns and maximize ROI
• Stay current on the latest trends in influencer marketing, social platforms, and creator culture, proactively surfacing opportunities to sharpen our strategy

About You

• 2-3 years of experience in influencer marketing, social, or community, preferably in the beauty or skincare industry
• Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment; strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong relationship‑building and communication skills, with a natural instinct for social and creator culture
• Comfort working with data to track performance and derive actionable insights
• Familiarity with influencer management tools (e.g., Tribe Dynamics or Creator IQ) a plus
• Familiarity with affiliate tools (e.g., ShopMy or LTK) a plus
• Experience in multi‑location or omnichannel environments a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
