Job summary

Rare Beauty in El Segundo seeks an Influencer and Celebrity Talent Manager to grow its influencer and celebrity partnerships. This role requires 3–6 years of agency or in-house experience working on talent and influencer initiatives, with strong relationships with talent, managers, and agents.

You will develop celebrity and influencer strategies for product launches, lead influencer mailer initiatives, and independently negotiate deals.

Qualifications

• Established relationships with talent, influencers, managers, agents, stylists, and assistants.
• Direct experience with talent booking and contract negotiations.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Extensive experience across social media platforms with a strong interest in entertainment and pop culture.

Responsibilities

• Develop celebrity and influencer strategies tailored to product launches.
• Develop influencer mailer strategies and support execution.
• Execute influencer and brand ambassador campaigns and independently negotiate deals.
• Track campaign performance and deliver results.
• Mentor and manage a junior team within the influencer division while collaborating with account teams.
• Build and maintain relationships with talent, influencers, managers, agents, stylists, and assistants.
