$2,500 monthly salary + unit volume bonus + production bonus!

Responsibilities:
  1. Greet and guide Infiniti clients on the lot to proceed into the sales process.
  2. Engage in conversations to understand client needs and manage expectations.
  3. Become an expert on Infiniti model features and benefits, including comparisons with competitors.
  4. Assist clients in selecting the right vehicle based on their needs and wants.
  5. Develop product and sales knowledge to become a vehicle expert.
  6. Customize vehicle delivery and ensure clients understand operational features.
  7. Follow up daily on sales leads using the dealership's CRM system.
  8. Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with customers.
  9. Maintain strong knowledge of all new vehicle makes and models.
  10. Bring a positive attitude and effort every day.
