Together AI, the AI Native Cloud, invites you to join the Inference Research team as a Winter 2027 Research Intern in San Francisco. You will explore distributed inference, compiler-aware optimization, and cross-layer acceleration, collaborating across models, systems, and hardware to advance foundation-model serving.

Qualifications

• Pursuing final year of BS, MS, or PhD in CS, EE, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of ML and DL fundamentals.
• Experience with PyTorch, JAX, or similar frameworks.
• Strong Python programming skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and conduct rigorous experiments to validate hypotheses
• Communicate the plans, progress, and results of projects to the broader team
• Document findings in scientific publications and blog posts
