Job summary

Mayo Clinic Arizona seeks a General Infectious Diseases physician to join our expanding academic division, with a focus on HPV-related disease and anal cancer prevention. This clinical academic position includes a faculty appointment and opportunities for translational research and education within Mayo Clinic’s integrated data and biobank resources.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Infectious Diseases (ABIM).
• Interest or experience in high-resolution anoscopy (HRA) strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive Infectious Diseases care in inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Participate in and help expand an institutional HRA screening and treatment program.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including oncology, colorectal surgery, and Internal medicine.
• Engage in translational research related to HPV, anal dysplasia, and cancer prevention.
• Contribute to teaching and mentorship within the fellowship and medical education programs.
