Job summary

Southern California Permanente Medical Group (SCPMG) is seeking an Infectious Diseases physician for Antelope Valley at 0.5 FTE. The role involves in-patient rounds and outpatient consults at Antelope Valley Medical Center and Palmdale Regional Medical Center, handling sepsis, pneumonia, UTIs, HIV care, and related infections.

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Infectious Diseases.
• Experience in inpatient/outpatient infectious diseases care.
• Comfort with complex infection cases including HIV and PrEP.

Responsibilities

• Consults and follow ups for diagnoses including sepsis, Vent asso pneumonia, complicated UTIs, PJIs, osteomyelitis, HIV, HIV PrEP, wound infections.
• Provide inpatient rounds and outpatient consults at Antelope Valley Medical Ctr and Palmdale Regional Medical Ctr.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
