Addison Kenway is seeking a fellowship-trained Infectious Disease Physician for inpatient and outpatient consults in Fort Wayne, Indiana. You will manage complex infectious diseases across an adult population, provide direct bedside consultation, and collaborate with internal medicine, microbiology, pharmacy, and surgery teams to improve care continuity.

The position supports ongoing infectious disease initiatives, quality improvement projects, and education to residents and staff.

Formación

• Board certification or eligibility in Infectious Disease.
• Completion of Internal Medicine residency and Infectious Disease fellowship.
• Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsabilidades

• Inpatient and outpatient infectious disease consults.
• Manage complex infectious conditions in adults.
• Provide direct consultation to care teams.
