Job summary

Enterprise Medical Recruiting is seeking an Infectious Disease Physician for Western Massachusetts to join a hospital-based practice with inpatient and outpatient responsibilities.

The role supports infection control and antibiotic stewardship, with opportunities to consult in wound care and to care for patients with HIV/AIDS and other infectious diseases. Teaching residents adds educational variety in a community teaching hospital.

Responsibilities

• Hospital-based position with inpatient and outpatient care.
• Participate in active Infection Control and Antibiotic Stewardship programs.
• Provide consultations in an established Wound Care Clinic.
• Care for patients with HIV/AIDS and a broad spectrum of infectious diseases.
• Teach and mentor residents through Internal Medicine and General Surgery residency programs.
• Practice within a community teaching hospital.
