Vohra Wound Physicians seeks a Part-Time Infectious Disease Physician to provide bedside wound care across facilities near Plymouth, MA. The role emphasizes autonomy, flexibility, and a balanced schedule with no nights, no calls, and no weekend responsibilities.

The ideal physician will hold an active MD/DO license in the practice state, participate in 3 weekdays of work, and engage in ongoing wound care training and rounds.

Qualifications

• Active unrestricted medical license (MD/DO) in the state you wish to practice.
• Part-time commitment of minimum 3 weekdays per week.
• W2 employment with no visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Deliver bedside wound care in post-acute settings (Skilled Nursing Facilities and LTACHs).
• Conduct weekly wound rounds at each facility.
• Mobile practice visiting facilities within a 40–60 mile radius; typically 2–3 facilities per day.
• Treat approximately 20–30 patients per day; real-time documentation during rounds using proprietary wound EMR.

• W2 full-time physicians earn on average $300,000 per year plus benefits.

Requirements

• Active unrestricted medical license (MD/DO) in the state you wish to practice
• Minimum commitment of 3 weekdays per week.

Practice Overview

• Full time work: Monday - Friday (7am-4pm) or part time available.
• No call / No weekend clinical responsibilities.
• Physicians deliver modern wound management at the bedside in the post-acute care setting: Skilled Nursing Facilities and Long-Term Acute Care Hospitals.
• Our physicians conduct weekly wound rounds at each facility.
• Part-time role is a minimum of 3 days per week. Full time role is 4 - 5 days per week.
• This is a mobile practice: The physicians visit facilities in a 40 - 60 mile radius of practice location.
• Our physicians visit 2-3 facilities per day treating approximately 20-30 patients per day.
• Clinical documentation is at point of care, in real-time during clinical rounds, using our proprietary wound specific EMR.
• Paid Training is provided during onboarding + 6 months wound care fellowship
• W2 employment contract (No work visa sponsorship is available)
