Apex Home Health, Hospice & Home Care in Connecticut is seeking an experienced infectious disease consultant to provide inpatient and outpatient infectious disease consultations across our network.

You will interpret complex diagnostics, lead antimicrobial stewardship, collaborate with infection prevention teams, support hospital teams handling resistant organisms, and contribute to quality improvement and research initiatives.
