As anIn-House Nurse Practitioner specializing in Infectious Disease, you will be the primary provider helping your facilities clinical expertise in their Infectious Disease programs by participating in appropriate resident's plan of care. You will have the opportunity to build strong, lasting relationships with residents, their families, facility staff, and providers, while being an integral part of the clinical leadership team.
At Trio Health Partners, we focus on preventing critical health issues before they arise, delivering proactive care to residents in our Skilled Nursing and Long-Term Care facilities.
Work-Life Balance: Flexible full-time schedules
Flexible Hours: Monday to Friday with start times between 7:00 AM and 10:00 AM.
