Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
• Additional education or related experience may substitute for required education per JHU policy.
• Preferred bilingual Spanish/English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all activities of a clinical research study to ensure adherence to protocol and validity of findings.
• Participate in clinical study start-up meetings and assist staff in protocol-related activities.
• Explain the study background and rationale to potential and current participants.
• Contribute to development of recruitment strategies and implement recruitment techniques.
• Independently conduct the consenting process or ensure consent is obtained.
• Schedule participants for required activities and provide instructions prior to tests.
• Serve as liaison to study participants and coordinate data collection systems.
• Assist in IRB submissions and maintain regulatory communications with the PI.
