Job summary

Indiana University Health seeks an Advanced Provider in Infectious Disease for the IU Health Arnett Medical Office Building in Lafayette, IN. Join a small, collegial team of 3 physicians and 1 PA to deliver patient-centered outpatient care.

The position is full-time, daytime hours with no on-call or weekend duties, focusing on continuity of outpatient care from inpatient recovery. Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required.
• If new graduate, clinical rotation in Infectious Disease preferred.
• Must be ACNP, FNP, or PA certified.
• Must possess excellent communication skills, collegiality, ability to work both as part of a team and independently.

Responsibilities

• 100% outpatient.
• Ability to provide long-term outpatient continuity of care following patients from their acute inpatient illness through their outpatient recovery.
• Practice includes 3 physicians and 1 PA.
