UW Health SwedishAmerican in Rockford, IL, is seeking a focused Infection Prevention professional to join our team in a hybrid, full-time role. The position involves coordinating infection prevention activities, surveillance, and collaboration with clinical staff to reduce risk and improve patient safety.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field, experience in infection control/public health, and acute care exposure. Board certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare related field. Required

Work Experience

• Experience in Infection Control/Prevention and/or Public Health. Required
• Infection Prevention experience in acute care setting or clinical nursing experience in an acute care setting. Required

Licenses and Certifications

• Board Certification in Infection Control. Preferred
