Job summary

TeemaGroup seeks a LVN Quality Assurance/Infection Prevention professional to oversee training, infection control surveillance, and quality assurance in a full-time in-office role in Flagstaff, AZ.

Requires AZ LVN/RN license, DPS fingerprint clearance, Infection Preventionist Certification, and in-state travel with a valid AZ driver’s license. Must coordinate trainings and ensure regulatory compliance for resident care.

Qualifications

• Requires active LPN or RN license in Arizona.
• Fulfills DPS Fingerprint Clearance Card requirement.
• Infection Preventionist Certification required.
• AZ driver license and ability to travel in-state.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate staff training needs and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Maintain training records and regulatory documentation.
• Coordinate information for regulatory surveyors with Nursing leadership.
• Map infections using specified criteria to support timely tracking and trending.
• Conduct infection control surveillance to ensure care plan compliance.
• Stay informed on CMS/CDC guidance and educational opportunities.
