Centerville Care and Rehab Center in Centerville, SD, seeks an Infection Control Nurse for a full-time, hybrid on-site role with Charge Nurse duties. You will implement infection prevention protocols, lead staff training, and monitor surveillance to protect residents and staff.
The position requires SD RN licensure; CIC certification is preferred but training can be provided. Long-term care experience is advantageous, with strong communication and multitasking skills.

This is a full-time on-site position for an Infection Control Nurse based in Centerville, SD. This would be a hybrid role as Infection Control with Charge Nurse duties. There are 8 hours required for Infection Control per week.
