Job summary

Qualifications

• Valid LPN license in the practicing state.
• One year of clinical experience; two years in Employee Health or Infection Control preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the Annual Infection Control Plan and Program Evaluation.
• Review lab data for infection rates and trends.
• Conduct environmental inspections for infection control.
• Collaborate with department managers to improve safety and efficiency.
• Lead infection control reports at committee meetings.
• Liaise with public health for reportable diseases.
• Plan and deliver orientation and in-service training for staff.
• Coordinate with Employee Health to monitor staff exposures.
