Job summary

The Burlington Academy of Learning in Burlington, CT seeks an Infant/Waddler Teacher for a full-time position. You will foster a warm, developmentally appropriate environment and support infants’ growth through purposeful activities and routines.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of infant experience in licensed childcare, a clear background check, and a CDA in Infant/Toddler Care or in progress. You will collaborate with families and a dedicated team to provide safe, loving care.

Qualifications

• Experience with infants in licensed childcare (min 2 years).
• Background check completed and cleared.
• CDA in Infant/Toddler Care preferred or in progress.
• Understanding of infant developmental milestones.
• Team player with strong communication and reliability.

We are currently seeking a dedicated Infant/Waddler Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic early childhood professional with a heart for infant care and development.

Responsibilities

• Creating a nurturing, developmentally appropriate environment.

• Following daily routines that meet infants' physical and emotional needs.

• Maintaining compliance with health, safety, and licensing standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience working with infants in a licensed childcare setting.
