Job summary

LeafSpring School at Sonterra in San Antonio, TX seeks a Full-Time Infant/Toddler Teacher to guide young learners in a joyful, safe classroom. You will implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans and track each child's progress, building portfolios and adapting daily routines.

You will collaborate with a dedicated team to create a nurturing environment, maintain open communication with families, and uphold our commitment to inclusive, high-quality early childhood education.

Qualifications

• Experience working with infant/toddler children.
• CDA or higher in Early Childhood Education preferred.
• Ability to implement developmentally appropriate activities.

Responsibilities

• Implement age-appropriate lesson plans.
• Maintain individual child portfolios and daily schedules.
• Collaborate with a team to ensure a safe, nurturing classroom environment.

Schedule: Monday through Friday (Full-Time)

Location: LeafSpring School at Sonterra

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement age-appropriate lesson plans
• Maintain individual child portfolios
• Follow each child's unique daily schedule
• Collaborate with a team to ensure a safe, nurturing classroom environment

Qualifications:

• Experience working with infant/toddler children required
• CDA, Associate's Degree, or higher in Early Childhood Education (or a related field) preferred
