The role emphasizes building trusting relationships with families and using our exclusive Balanced Learning curriculum via a digital platform. No nights or weekends, with a shift from 9 a.m.

to 6 p.m. Responsibilities include creating a nurturing classroom, implementing ready-made age-appropriate plans, ensuring safety, and communicating with families.
