Cadence Education is hiring a Lead Infant/Toddler Teacher to join our team of dedicated educators. You will create a warm, inclusive classroom, plan and deliver curriculum, and lead operations while supporting children’s physical, social, emotional, and developmental needs including IEPs.

This role partners with families and staff to foster growth and success. The position emphasizes compliance with licensing and safety requirements, professionalism, and ongoing training within Cadence

Qualifications

• Follow safety procedures including name-to-face accountability, allergy processes, bottle-feeding, Safe Sleep.

Responsibilities

• Create a warm, welcoming classroom environment with dignity and care.
• Build professional relationships with children and families with daily greetings and ongoing communication.
• Recognize and support diverse developmental, behavioral, cultural, and learning needs including IEPs and behavior plans.
• Plan and document developmentally appropriate curriculum aligned with Cadence education philosophy.
• Use Cadence systems to communicate with families and leadership.
• Maintain a safe, supervised classroom following Cadence policies.
