Job summary

La Petite Academy in Ventura, CA is hiring an Infant/Toddler Lead Teacher to provide high-quality care and education in a licensed center. You will follow state guidelines, observe and plan for each child, and collaborate with families to support development.

The role requires at least 6 months leading an early childhood classroom and 12 ECE units, with training provided. We offer a strong benefits package, a Monday–Friday schedule, and opportunities for growth including tuition reimbursement

Qualifications

At least 6 months experience leading an early childhood classroom and creating educational lesson plans in a licensed center.
Minimum of 12 Early Childhood Education units.
The ability to meet state requirements for background, immunization, CPR/First Aid, and mandated reporter training requirements.
Able to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
