Tender Care Learning Academy L in Wilmington, DE seeks a Preschool Teacher to lead a class, assess students, and design instruction to meet students’ needs throughout the school year.

You will create engaging lessons, foster a supportive classroom environment, and support early reading and math development while nurturing social and emotional growth among students. Collaboration with parents and staff is essential.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree and state teaching certification.
• Strong understanding of child development principles and best practices in education and classroom management
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of classroom health, safety, and sanitation guidelines and ability to closely adhere to the guidelines
• Problem-solving and mediation skills
