Action Day Schools in California is hiring Infant Teachers for Morgan Hill, Mountain View, and San Jose locations. You will engage infants with developmentally appropriate activities and foster a love of learning in a supportive, caring environment.

Compensation ranges from $18–$28 per hour and includes professional development opportunities. We offer hands-on mentoring, training, and pathways for growth within our centers.

Qualifications

• Engage infants in developmentally appropriate activities.
• Experience with early childhood education preferred.
• Willingness to complete core Child Development courses if needed.

Responsibilities

• Engage the children in developmentally appropriate activities, including art, bubbles, circle time, and exploratory play.
• Establish strong classroom management skills and build positive parent relations.
• Create positive, memorable experiences and foster love of learning in a fun, loving environment.
