Job summary

The Learning Experience in Huntersville, NC is seeking a dedicated Full Time Infant Teacher to nurture infants through developmentally appropriate activities and a caring, structured environment.

You will implement age-appropriate curriculums, maintain records, and collaborate with families and team members to support each child’s growth. Must meet NC childcare requirements and be 18+, with CPR/First Aid training or willingness to obtain.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; 18+ years old.
• Associates or bachelor’s degree in ECE preferred but not required.
• Compensation based on experience and education.
• CPR and First Aid or willingness to obtain within 30 days.
• TB test and staff medical within one year; health assessment per NC requirements.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement age-appropriate activities for infants.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment and support early development.
• Maintain records of progress and communicate with families.
• Collaborate with staff to ensure daily schedules and standards are met.
• Follow daycare policies and ensure clean, organized classrooms.
• Uphold safety and health requirements including sleep training where needed.
