Qualifications

• Experience as daycare teacher or childcare provider is a plus but not mandatory.
• Strong understanding of child development.
• Patient, kind, and nurturing.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
• Genuine love for children.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate preplanned daily activities that are developmentally appropriate.
• Follow a daily schedule.
• Provide basic care and caregiving activities, based on DCF Rule.
• Provide a safe and loving environment for little ones to thrive.
• Communicate with parents and update them on their children's activities.
