Job summary

Primrose School of Old Bridge is seeking an Infant Teacher to provide nurturing care and engaging learning experiences for infants, aligned with our Balanced Learning curriculum.

Experience with infants is preferred; you will implement age-appropriate routines, collaborate with families and a supportive on-site leadership team, and participate in ongoing training to grow professionally in a caring school environment.

Qualifications

• Experience working with infants in childcare or early childhood settings is preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills are desirable.
• Patient, reliable, and attentive personality with the ability to create a calm, responsive environment for infants.

Responsibilities

• Create a nurturing, safe, and stimulating environment for infants.
• Implement age-appropriate lesson plans (provided through curriculum).
• Support daily routines including feeding, diapering, and naps.
• Ensure a clean, organized, and safe classroom.
• Communicate effectively with children, parents, and team members.
• Support each child's development, including social and emotional growth.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
