Qualifications
Previous experience working with infants or in a childcare setting is preferred.
Current CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
Must pass background checks as required by state regulations.
Responsibilities
Design and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to infants' developmental milestones.
Provide a safe, clean, and nurturing environment for infants to explore and grow.
Monitor and document each child's progress and developmental needs.
Communicate regularly with parents about their child's development and daily activities.
Collaborate with fellow educators to enhance the overall learning environment.
Maintain compliance with all state regulations and health standards.
Encourage social, emotional, and cognitive development through play-based learning.
Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
