The Learning Experience #205 in Ponte Vedra Beach, FL is seeking a dedicated early childhood educator to join our fast-growing academy where “Happy Happens Here.” You will support our proprietary curriculum, engage children through purposeful play, and help create a safe, enriching classroom where families feel welcome and involved.

Qualifications

• Have a genuine passion for the education and care of children.
• High School Diploma/GED required.
• ECE coursework preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with teachers to implement our proprietary curriculum and engage children.
• Maintain quality compliance and health and safety standards throughout the classrooms.
• Collaborate with peers to create a welcoming, engaging space for children.
• Communicate with parents about their child’s adventures and achievements via apps and conversations.
