Action Day Schools is hiring Infant Teachers for our Morgan Hill and San Jose centers. You will engage infants in developmentally appropriate activities, promoting curiosity and early learning in a warm, supportive setting.

Compensation ranges from $18 to $28 per hour, depending on experience and position requirements. We offer professional development, mentorship, and pathways for growth within a heart-centered team dedicated to quality childcare and education.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 ECE Units preferred.
• Infant/Toddler Development Course is a plus and training offered if not completed.
• Experience with children is preferred; strong communication skills are essential.

We are hiring for multiple Infant Teacher Positions within our Morgan Hill and San Jose Locations!

As an Infant Teacher, you will be responsible for engaging the children in developmentally appropriate activities, including art, bubbles, circle time, and exploratory play to foster a love of learning early on. Along with ensuring the highest quality of care, you will have the opportunity to establish strong classroom management skills, parent relations, and have a blast creating positive, memorable experiences with the children!

Compensation: $18- 28/hr. depending on individual experience, education and position requirements.

• Haven't taken child development classes? NO problem! We will train you AND help you get through your core Child Development classes!
