Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate or bachelor's in Early Childhood Education preferred.
• Experience working with young children in a licensed childcare or preschool setting.
• Must pass required state background checks and meet state education/experience/credential requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Lead Teacher in implementing age-appropriate lesson plans.
• Create a warm, nurturing, and responsive environment that supports each infant’s emotional and developmental needs.
• Prepare classroom materials and ensure a safe, clean and inviting learning environment.
• Provide attentive, high-quality care including feeding, diapering, comforting, and maintaining consistent routines.
• Assist in communicating with families about their child’s progress and daily activities.
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines and licensing regulations to ensure a secure environment.
• Support daily care routines and tasks to promote a nurturing learning environment.
