Qualifications

• Experience with infant care preferred.
• Able to meet state licensing and background-check requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, attentive care to infants.
• Assist Lead Teacher with daily routines and activities.
• Feed infants according to schedules and family instructions.
• Change diapers and maintain hygiene.
• Support naps, tummy time, floor play, and learning.
• Engage infants with talking, reading, singing, sensory play.
• Maintain a clean, safe classroom.
• Follow health, safety, licensing, and school policies.
• Communicate professionally with families and staff.
• Work as part of a team to provide high-quality care.
• Assist with transitions and coverage as needed.
