You’ll contribute to a safe, engaging daily schedule that builds confidence and independence while supporting growth in language, literacy, science, life skills and creative exploration.

Qualifikationen

• Credentials must meet Colorado Shines requirements.
• PDIS Level 1 or 2+, OR EQUIT, Pyramid Plus, ECE 101/303, AS/BS Degree in ECE, or equivalent.
• 1–3 years experience teaching in a licensed early education program, PreK, preschool, childcare, or day care.
• Knowledge of the social, emotional, and creative needs of young children.

Aufgaben

• Is responsible for the overall supervision and daily class functions of a group of children.
• Assesses each child's developmental needs on an ongoing basis.
• Implements the approved lesson plans and daily classroom schedule in accordance with the Primrose Balanced Learning curriculum.
• Plans with Leadership Team parent-teacher conferences and student evaluations.
• Maintains an attractive, well-kept classroom that encourages children to create, explore and make decisions with confidence.
• Observes rules and regulations pertaining to health, safety and care of children in childcare or daycare.
