Wyndy is helping a wonderful family in Vilonia, AR, hire a caring nanny for their 5-month-old girl. Mom works from home, so a trustworthy, engaging caregiver is needed to support the baby's daily routine.

The family is open to two nannies sharing the days, with shifts from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM or 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM, and a commitment of about 18 months. Montessori knowledge is a plus, and light pet care is needed for their two dogs.

Qualifications

• Experience caring for infants.
• Comfortable in a home with pets.

Responsibilities

• Care for a 5-month-old baby girl (diaper changes, feedings, naps) and document accordingly.
• Engage with baby through age-appropriate activities (no screen time).
