  • Communicate effectively with parents to provide updates on their child's progress and daily activities.
  • Maintain a clean and organized space, ensuring all toys and equipment are sanitized and in good condition.
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks, adhering to any dietary restrictions or preferences.
  • Monitor and document infants' daily routines, including feeding, sleeping, and diaper changes.
  • Collaborate with parents to establish consistent routines that support infants' growth and development needs.

Work Environment & Expectations
  • In-home care setting.
  • May require flexibility in scheduling (early mornings, evenings, occasional weekends).
  • Must maintain confidentiality and professionalism within the family’s home.
  • Minimal personal phone use while on duty.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift and carry infants (up to 30 lbs).
  • Comfortable sitting, kneeling, and engaging in floor play.

Compensation: $18 - $20 hourly
