Qualifications

• 1 year of professional childcare experience.
• Hands-on infant care required.
• Dependable and caring, actively engaged with children.
• Reliable transportation.
• Must be 18+ and pass a background screening.
• First Aid/CPR certification, or willing to obtain.
• Experience supporting infant feeding, sleep routines and developmental milestones.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, hands-on infant care.
• Support feeding and nap routines.
• Tummy time and age-appropriate developmental activities.
• Reading, talking, singing and interacting with the baby.
• Taking walks and introducing new experiences as appropriate.
• Supporting developmental milestones as the baby grows.
• Keep the baby’s immediate areas tidy and organized.
