Jovie is hiring experienced, engaging caregivers to provide in-home care for infants with local families in Redondo Beach, CA. This is a rewarding nanny role with daytime hours, supportive leadership, and growth opportunities.

Pay ranges from $20 to $22 per hour plus overtime. Typical shifts are 6-9 hours, Monday through Friday, with opportunities for flexible scheduling and paid training to help you develop professionally as a trusted caregiver in our community.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of infant childcare experience.
• Love working with infants.
• Dependable and professional.
• Able to communicate well with parents and children.
• Have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Provide references (2 related to childcare work; 1 character reference).
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, nurturing care for infants and toddlers.
• Support feeding, naps, and daily routines.
• Encourage learning through reading, play, and age-appropriate activities.
• Communicate with parents about their child’s day.
• Create a positive environment where children can learn and grow.
