Job summary

Cadence Education in Columbia, SC is seeking a passionate Lead Teacher - Infant to support daily classroom operations and Cadence programs. You will help create a nurturing, safe learning environment, implement the curriculum, and build positive relationships with children and families.

Responsibilities include supporting the Lead Teacher, following IEPs where applicable, and ensuring safety and licensing compliance while promoting a culture of learning and care.

Responsibilities

• Communicate professionally with families and leadership using approved tools.
• Follow Cadence Education Safety and Supervision Manual and report incidents as required.
• Support in managing child behaviors per Cadence policies.
• Participate in meetings, trainings, and professional development.
