The Goddard School is seeking a passionate Infant Lead Teacher at our Riverton, UT location. Implement the Wonder of Learning curriculum, lead daily activities, and collaborate with a supportive team to foster a nurturing learning environment for infants.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate's or bachelor's in Early Childhood Education preferred.
• CDA certification preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience with young children in licensed settings.
• State-required pre-service training completed.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Curriculum and Instruction: implement age-appropriate lessons using Wonder of Learning curriculum.
• Classroom Management: create a safe, nurturing, inclusive environment.
• Family Communication: keep families informed about child progress.
• Health and Safety: supervise activities and ensure licensing compliance.
• Professional Development: participate in ongoing training.
• Assessment and Documentation: observe and document children's development.
• Team Collaboration: support and collaborate with assistants and resource teachers.
• Behavior Guidance: model positive guidance strategies.

Education

High school diploma

Associate's in Early Childhood Education

Bachelor's in Early Childhood Education

Child Development Associate (CDA) preferred
