BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for private duty home care in the Columbia area. You’ll deliver compassionate, high-quality nursing care to clients in their homes, following doctor orders and documenting care plans.

Responsibilities include travel to a nearby client home, conducting assessments, documenting observations, and coordinating with family and clinicians. We offer onboarding, flexible schedules, and competitive weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program and an active LPN license in good standing.
• Experience or ability to provide private duty home care.

Responsibilities

• Travel to a single client home near you on a schedule you choose with the client.
• Follow up with, execute, and document doctors' orders.
• Perform assessments and monitor clients' conditions.
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluations.
