Job summary

FMRC Health Group is seeking an in-home developmental specialist to support infants and toddlers across Los Angeles County. You will guide families through daily routines and play to build skills, tracking progress visit by visit.

You will collaborate with occupational, physical, and speech colleagues on shared cases and coordinate services with Regional Center partners, maintaining warm, clear communication with parents.

Qualifications

• Education and experience that meet California early intervention requirements.
• Experience with infants and young children is valued.
• Warm, steady communication with parents.
• Valid driver license and reliable vehicle.

Job description

Spend your day on the floor with babies and toddlers, showing parents how everyday routines build big skills. You work in family homes across LA County, you choose your service area, and every hour is paid.
