Job summary

Cranial Technologies is seeking a full-time Clinician to join our pediatric outpatient team in Sacramento, CA. This role focuses on treating infants with the DOC Band and EarWell in a child-friendly clinic.

You will evaluate and manage plagiocephaly and related ear shape conditions, building trusting relationships with families as you guide them through individualized treatment plans.

Qualifications

• Background in PT/OT or RN with infant care experience.
• Experience in pediatric outpatient settings is a plus.
• Ability to work with families and newborns in a clinical environment.

Responsibilities

• Treat infants to reshape head shapes using the DOC Band.
• Correct ear shapes with EarWell® in a pediatric outpatient setting.
• Build strong relationships with families throughout treatment.
• Collaborate with pediatricians and care teams to ensure optimal outcomes.
