Job summary

Charlotte's Best Nanny Agency is assisting a family in the Cotswold area of South Charlotte to find a Full-Time Temporary Nanny (ending in July 2027) for their 3-month-old daughter and, rarely, their three-year-old son. The role runs Monday-Thursday, 7:30 am-5:30 pm, with occasional Fridays.

The nanny must be punctual, engaging, and communicative, prioritizing infant care and age-appropriate activities. Responsibilities include routine care, developmentally appropriate outings, light household

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of professional nanny experience.
• Professional resume required.
• Fill out a complete online application.
• Pass a pre-screening interview with Charlotte's Best Nanny Agency.
• Pass a national background check, including a driving record.
• Have a valid driver's license.
• Have safe and reliable transportation.
• Provide a minimum of three professional references.
• Be non-smoking/vaping.
• CPR and First Aid Certification.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Must be up to date on flu vaccines and childhood vaccines (MMR and TDAP).

Responsibilities

• Meet daily scheduling needs of the children (feeding, changing, napping).
• Engage with children on an age-appropriate level.
• Play with children inside and outside the home.
• Do hands-on learning activities with the children.
