BrightPath Kids in Avon, OH is seeking Assistant Teachers to join a caring early childhood team. You will work alongside teachers and families to create a welcoming home away from home for children from 6 weeks to 12 years old.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety and supervision of children ages 6 weeks – 12 years.
• Assist teachers with instruction in the classroom.
• Decorate inside and outside of classrooms as needed.
• Maintain a warm and safe environment that is clean and permits children to grow and explore.
• Interact with children to encourage their involvement in activities.
• Provide effective communication with parents/guardians about their child.
