Job summary

The Gardner School of Cambridge is seeking an Assistant Infant Teacher to join our state-of-the-art preschool team. You will support the Lead Teacher in delivering age-appropriate activities and create a caring, safe classroom environment for infants and young children.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma with current EEC Certification required.
• CPR/First Aid certification current or willingness to obtain.
• 1+ years of experience working with children ages 6 weeks to 5 years.
• Eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Regular and reliable attendance; ability to lift up to ~60 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Lead Teacher in implementing age-appropriate curriculum and activities.
• Offer nurturing guidance that supports each child’s development.
• Maintain respectful relationships with parents and families.
