Job summary

The Malvern School is seeking an Assistant Teacher for the Infant classroom at The Malvern School of Oaks. This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, with a focus on creating a safe, engaging learning environment.

You will support lead teachers, implement the school's early childhood program, communicate with parents, and help maintain a clean, healthy classroom while pursuing ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and be at least 18 years of age.
• 2500 hours documented experience with young children in a licensed facility or 15 college credits (or CDA) with 1250 hours.
• Interest in early childhood education and ability to communicate with families.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing the Early Childhood Education program.
• Maintain a safe, healthy, and educational classroom environment.
• Communicate regularly with parents, in person and via technology.
